Google Calendar invites
Sends a real Google Calendar invite (Meet link + 12h/1h reminders) for every booked meeting, asynchronously — never at the moment of booking.

Follow-up email (SMTP)
Lets the agent send the company profile and case study it offers on a call, via the send_followup_email tool. Queued during the call and sent by the worker moments later — so a failed send shows up here and on the call, never to the prospect. The switch below withholds the tool from the agent entirely, independent of whether SMTP is filled in — use it to keep this off until you're ready, even with credentials already saved.
